Tinsel town is abuzz about the actress’s marriage to her boyfriend 31-year old businessman Akshai Varde, which is being held today (21st January 2014). Sameera, who alleged to have got privately engaged with Varde in December, said to have been dating him for past two and half years. In fact, the marriage was supposed to have been happening in April, but then the two decided to tie the knot this month itself since Varde has several work commitments coming up later this year for which he has to travel a lot.

The marriage, happening in Bandra today, will be a very private affair with only close family and friends of the couple in attendance. We heard that the couple’s wedding costumes have been designed by B-Town’s celebrity designer Neeta Lulla.

Incidentally, Sameera and Akshai’s love story was kick started by the actress’s love for riding bikes. Sameera, who owned a custom-made bike of Akshai’s company, Vardenchi, instantly was smitten by him and the two turned out to be more than friends since then.
