Actor-producer Shreyas Talpade was recently in Rajasthan on a shoot. Having come so far along, he could not resist the idea of visiting some of the great centers of devotion in India, Pushkar and Dargah Shariff of Hazrat Khwaja Muinuddin Chishti.

Feeling buoyed up after paying a visit to the Brahma temple on his way back to Jaipur from Ajmer, he wrote on a micro-blogging site, "Pushkar Sarovar...serene & calm as ever. Fortunate again to visit the only Brahma temple in the world. Peaceful. You have to experience the energy at Dargah Sharif to believe it. Consider myself fortunate to be here the 2nd time. Allah Maalik."

On being asked if there is any specific reason on this devotional visit, Shreyas said "I don’t visit these shrines of divinity, to ask for specific things, the wellness and safety of my family is all I ask for. Coming here just makes me feel more connected with the divine, something that you miss sometimes, in a places like Mumbai."
