'Lootera' brings back orchestra

Long gone are the days where music was made out of instruments; it used to charm your day throughout. Digitalization is in and the fast-changing world is making music on computers or the digital music machines.

But there are filmmakers who are keen to revive the good old musical days and ‘Lootera’ being a period film has revisited the ‘old is gold’ era through its music. For, after a long time orchestra has been used in movie as the background score.

Music director Amit Trivedi along with the Chennai String orchestra has made a beautiful combination of music to bring back the 50s era for ‘Lootera’.

The latest song "Ankahee" reportedly brings back the beauty of live music for the audience.

What makes the love story ‘Lootera’ more lovable is its music which more melodious that ever.

Starring Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha in lead, the film is directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and it is slated to release on 5th July 2013.
