Gone are the days of boring press meets to launch a movie or trailer for that matter... It’s the time of innovations and creativity and most important, to stand out from the rest...

Movies now a days have taken their step up, and have started coming up with unique and unusual ways to launch the first look of their movie. Now here are producers Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, who are going out of their way to introduce their "jobless" guys... er, in other words we mean literally, ‘Fukrey’...

The upcoming film revolves around four guys and deal with their desire of wild life of college. With a view to underline the college element in the movie, the duo, Farhan and Ritesh hence have decided to have a grand trailer launch today in a Town college, Jai Hind and... Guess what? They have decided to serve only Samosa and Cutting Chai to their guest!

Stated our sources, "‘Fukrey’, which essentially means ‘wella or jobless’... hanging out in college canteen is a key aspect they want to recreate. The idea of the launch of the movie in a canteen gave the correct vibe of the movie."

While the movie is not a campus film, college is at the heart of the movie, Fukrey.Directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, the film stars Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh and Ali Fazal.

Going with the trend, of late we saw some of the upcoming movies which have had their special way to launch their trailer which had a unique connect to the movie.

The upcoming Dilip Ghosh’s high action drama ‘Commando’ (starring Vidyut Jamwal and Pooja Chopra) had its first look launch witnessing Vidyut performing live stunts to his audience.

While the first look launch of Ekta Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj’s supernatural thriller ‘Ek Thi Dayaan’ took place in Film City Goregaon in the most scary way possible - Where Emraan was dressed up like a magician and the three actresses Huma, Kalki and Konkana dressed up in daayan avatar.

Similarly keeping in tune to its story setting, Vikramaditya Motwane’s period drama ‘Lootera’ first look was launched in the oldest cinema of Mumbai, in Liberty Cinema.
