Things actors have to do for films... It can make them do anything under the sun, even if they are unsure about certain stuffs...
Talented Paresh Rawal was in a fix when he had to drive a huge truck for his forthcoming film Life Mein Hungama Hai. He is reported to be playing the character of a truck driver. While the actor was confident in driving a smaller one, the script required him to use a bigger truck instead.
Directed by Sunil Advani, Life Mein Hungama Hai is based on the story The Running Away by Ruskin Bond. Said the filmmaker, "Paresh had to drive a big truck in the film but when he saw it, he refused to drive it. He was a little scared because he had never driven such a big vehicle before. But we had no other option since his is the character of a truck driver. In fact he said that he can drive a smaller truck but then we were able to convince him. He drove the truck with the ease of an expert."
The film is an odyssey of adventures of two young lads Vishwanath and Sunny, two students of class IX at a boarding school in the foothills of the Himalaya. The fun filled childrens film is peppered with unexpected adventures of two runaways, subtly underscoring the balanced view between discipline and freedom.
With the star cast of Jackie Shroff, Urmila Matondkar, Paresh Rawal, Boman Irani, Mukesh Tiwari, Satish etc, the main roles of the two boys have been played by Saksham Kulkarni (he won the Asian best actor award in Singapore in 2006 for Marathi film Pak Pak Pakaak) and Sonu Bakshi (a top child model).
It is produced under the banner of Nine Lives Films by Karun and Sahil. Executive producer is Poonam Advani, Cinematographer is Aviram Mishra, story is of Ruskin Bond and dialogues are by Anjan Ray. It has music by Jeet Gannguli while lyrics are by Nida Fazil & Ibrahim Ashq
