If there is one filmmaker who pretty much has the distinction of delivering some of the biggest successes in horror genre, it is Vikram Bhatt.

Be it 'Raaz 3' which has broken all barriers for a horror flick to 'Haunted' which set standards for films shot in 3D to '1920' which resumed his journey as Bollywood's premium seller of thrills and chills, Vikram Bhatt has pretty much seen it and is in the process of doing it all.

However quite a few of his contemporaries have attempted horror films in last 5-6 years and more often than not failed miserably.

"Reason being that so many out there still do not get the difference between startling and scaring audience", says Bhushan Patel, close associate and friend of Vikram who is taking the filmmaker's franchise forward with his debut directorial outing '1920 - Evil Returns', "I can startle you with an alarm bell as well.

However scaring is a different ballgame altogether. When you are making a horror film, you better scare audience enough so that they have a continued state of fear instilled in them instead of a sporadic chill or an occasional thrill."

Well, with the film running in theatres now, it is about time to see if the chills and the thrills indeed hold true in this Aftab Shivdasani-Tia Bajpai film.
