If industry insiders are to be believed, B-town's most happening film queen Ekta Kapoor is all set to foray into Kollywood. A little birdie has it that she will soon produce a Tamil movie, which will be helmed by Ram of 'Katradhu Thamizh' (a Tamil film) fame.

"Ekta was planning to step into Tamil cinema and she was waiting for a good script. Recently, Ram narrated a script to her and she was thoroughly impressed by it. Other details are being worked out," say sources.

It is said that the film would feature a popular actor as the protagonist. "It will be set on human emotions, an area in which Ram is an expert. An official announcement will be made once get things get final shape."

Ekta's recent co-production ‘The Dirty Picture’ with Vidya Balan ran to packed screens apart from basking on critical acclaim including National Award. She currently has five promising projects lined up, ‘Kya Super Kool Hai Hum’, ‘Lootera’, ‘Shootout at Wadala’, ‘Rock The Shaadi’ and ‘Once Upon A Time Mumbaai 2’.
