It is official. Emraan Hashmi is now quite comfortably sitting amongst the Top-10 actors that Bollywood boasts of today and is clearly one of the superstars on whom the industry can bet for next one decade at the least. Boasting of a cent percent record in the year gone by with 'Murder 2' and 'The Dirty Picture' turning out to be blockbusters and 'Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji' a good success as well, Emraan has clearly elevated from being a star to a superstar now.

"You know what, I would approach this in a slightly saner way," says Emraan who still sounds as grounded as he was five years back, "It is not about being modest but the tags like stars and superstars aren't something that I take too close to my heart. I know that as much as people would love to give such tags to someone, they are easily taken away as well. Frankly, I don't want to give people an opportunity to take it away from me which means I would rather stay away from such temptations."

Sure Emraan, now here is looking forward to an terrific year ahead as well with newer films like 'Jannat 2', 'Shanghai' and 'Raaz 3' arriving one after another.
