Since her debut movie Kangna Ranaut got the opportunity to work with finest of actors and now if all goes well then the Himachal beauty will get to share the screen with the young talented handsome Shahid Kapoor.

Talks are going on that for the sequel of 'Tanu Weds Manu' will not have R. Madhavan as speculated, instead Shahid will replace him. Director Anand Rai however wants to retain Kangna as it was due to her performance the movie garnered success. Now the filmmaker wants the sequel to be on a bigger scale and so he is said to have met Shahid.

Incidentally, Rai has approached the star with two scripts - one is the sequel and other, a project titled Ranjhana.
