The First Look of 'Aarakshan' is out and as expected it has managed to make an instant impact. Since the film deals with reservation, one can well expect writer-director Prakash Jha to be reflecting his own viewpoint through the narrative as well. Does he ever fear the fact that many out there may stand up and state that the very purpose behind him making the film was to issue a political and social statement of his own?

"I will deal with the situation when it becomes a reality," replies Jha while maintaining his cool, "In any case there are some people out there who are already trying to have their views being heard even before the release of the film. Alternatively they are trying to request or caution me to keep the content of the film subtle. I am just listening to folks as of now and not reacting. I would be happy to respond to all accusations, if any, once the film releases."

He meanwhile maintains though that he is conscious about the way society has been divided due to the prevailing issues.

"We are trying to have programs and policies but the need of the situation is to look at alternate solutions," he reflects, "We have to look at how we can come up with a workaround as a result of which we call can hear each other out in an amicable manner. It is only when we start thinking of it all as one society can we look at making India as one country."

Starring Amitabh Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, Prateik Babbar and Manoj Bajpai in principal roles, 'Aarakshan' releases all over on 12th August.
