The iconic Big B whose famous dialogue ‘daaru peene se lever kharab ho jata hai’ will be repeated by none other than our dear Sanju Baba.

Well according to close hands, Munnabhai Sanjay Dutt will play the bada bhai of his six notorious brothers in the remake of ‘Satte Pe Satta’ which starred Big B and was helmed by Raj Sippy.

Titled ‘Satte Pe Satta Phir’, the movie will be helmed by Soham Shah who did ‘Lucky’ and ‘Kaal’ in the past.

As we all know Sohail Khan also wanted to remake the film with Salman playing the lead, though he dropped the idea later, even Raj Sippy the helmer of the original wanted to remake the film and had titled it ‘Seven’. He had also spoken to Sanjay Dutt about playing the lead role in his remake but things didn’t work out.

This remake is finally happening and the movie will be produced by Shri Ashtavinayak productions who currently are enjoying the sweet success of ‘Golmaal 3’.

Till now the actress for Hema Malini's role is yet to finalized for the remake of this 1982 cult entertainer which was inspired by the 1954 Hollywood musical ‘Seven Brides for Seven Brothers’ starring Howard Keel and Jane Powell.
