Heard that Ranbir Kapoor is taking his role in Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Rockstar’ quite seriously and working really hard for it. The Kapoor bachcha plays the title role in the film and so the actor is taking keen interest in the music of the film.

According sources, Ranbir knows that music is the soul of this film and that he needs to understand its pulse to really get into his character.

So guess how he is doing his homework? Well, sources say that the actor makes frequent trips to AR Rahman’s studio! Ranbir simply sits there quietly and watches the Music Maestro at work. Incidentally Rahman is composing the music for ‘Rockstar’. And so Ranbir seems to be taking in all the real musical effect, straight from the Man knows the best. For the role, Ranbir earlier had taken guitar classes.

However sources claim that Ranbir’s character is a Jim Morrison fan. But with Mozart of Madras at hand, looks like it’ll prove tough for Ranbir from not getting influenced.
