When it’s a children-themed film, one tends to get involved wholeheartedly with the child artists. And when they are as adorable as Darsheel Safary and Ziyah Vastani, the unit members would always spoil the kids with lots of attention.

The two cuties are the main protagonists of ‘Bumm Bumm Bole’ which is directed by ace filmmaker Priyadarshan. And sources from the sets revealed that the director especially is struck with the presence of baby Ziyah. Reason being her close resemblance to his daughter Amu.

Sharing personal titbits, Priyadarshan said that he always had this fear to carry small babies. So much that he was reluctant to even hold his own daughter and missed on those few wonderful moments due to his fear.

Those old memories came tumbling back to him when he first saw Ziyah, reminding him of his daughter Amu. When he held her, it was like reliving Amu’s childhood, he said. Since then every morning he used to take her in his arms and carry her to the set, and soon that became a routine.

‘Bumm Bumm Bole’ will come on screens from May 7.
