Recently at Mumbai's Brabourne stadium Shahid decided to make a special appearance at a charity cricket match, held between ONGC and Air India which was attended by Praful Patel, Murli Deora and his wife and some of the topmost executives from both companies. In the match involving kids, Shahid along with his choreographer friend Ahmed Khan where invited as special guests to talk about their forthcoming film ‘Paathshaala’.

Shahid and Ahmed arrived at the scene right after the toss and the audiences, comprising of kids and executives from both companies welcomed them with a loud applause and much cheer.

After a short AV showing the ‘Paathshaala’ promo was played, the duo lauded the organizers for their noble initiative and also spoke about their film. They even did a small jig for the audiences and then urged everyone to see the film as it is an eye-opener and conveys an important message about the education system here.

Presented by Eros International and produced by Paperdoll Entertainment and directed by Milind Ukey, ‘Paathshaala’ the film revolves around kids and highlights the current situation of the education system in India.
