Mr. Amitabh Bachchan felicitated Renowned Film Director Madhur Bhandarkar as the best contemporary Film Director on 21st June, 2008 in Mumbai, at a ceremony organized by 'Spandan Art'. Mr. Bachchan presented the title in the form of a Momento to Madhur for his national award hat-trick.
