No sooner did Sangeeth Sivan's upcoming flick EK - THE POWER OF ONE reach the finishing mark, the film was pronto shown to the distributors. In no time the film was sold all ever and the producers made a neat 18 crores in the bargain.

"Yes, the film has been sold at a very good price", says an elated Sangeeth, "Though it is always nice to get good price for your film, it is special in case of EK since the film has fetched this price after being seen by the distributors. Sometimes films get a good price on the basis of their banner, starcast, etc. even before a single scene is shot. But when someone watches your film and then decides to pay well for it, it only assures you that you have made a good product."

Earlier planned for an August release, the film has now been pushed to Diwali. Film's promotional strategy is being redesigned to ensure that this Bobby-Nana film is positioned appropriately in the market.
