Will Firoz Nadiadwala - Priyadarshan clash again?

Well, it's a known fact that no love was lost between prolific producer Firoz Nadiadwala and director Priyadarshan while the filming of 'Phir Hera Pheri' was on. Though the film was a success, they both had severe difference of opinion regarding the placement of item songs ['Chan Chan', 'Tun Tunak Tun'] in the film.
The war reached a crescendo when Nadiadwala's sequel of 'Hera Phir Pheri' was first announced with Neeraj Vora [and not Priyadarshan] and later released on the same day as Priyadarshan directed 'Chup Chup Ke', a UTV production. While PHP has turned into a superhit, CCK suffered most due to the clash but eventually has dragged on to an average/above average status!
Come January and Bollywood may witness yet another clash of Nadiadwala and Priyadarshan as two of their flicks are slated to release dangerously close to each other. While Nadiadwala has gone ahead and announced the release date of his 'Fool and Final' as January 26th, Priyadarshan's 'Bhagam Bhag' too would be coming in the month of January though the date still needs to be finalized.
Both the films are BIG in terms of starcast and setting. While 'Fool and Final' is a usual Nadiadwala biggie with Sunny Deol, Shahid Kapoor, Sunil Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Vivek Oberoi, Bipasha Basu, Arbaaz Khan, Javed Jaffrey, Paresh Rawal, Om Puri, Rajpal Yadav, Vijay Raaz and Razzak Khan, 'Bhagam Bhag' too is neck to neck with the film, if not ahead, with a starcast that reads Akshay Kumar, Govinda, Sunil Shetty, Sanjay Dutt (in special appearance), Arbaaz Khan, Lara Dutta, Tanushree Datta, Jackie Shroff, Shakti Kapoor, Rajpal Yadav, Manoj Bajpai, Sharat Saxena and Paresh Rawal.
With Nadiadwala behind 'Fool and Final' and 'Bhagan Bhag' being produced by K Sera Sera, Shree Ashtavinayak Cinevision Pvt Ltd and Popcorn Motion Pictures, one foresees all the mature biggie production houses sitting together and amicably deciding upon the spacing of the two releases, hence averting the clash!
