It has happened before and it is happening again i.e. film makers deciding to release their films a day or two before a conventional Friday to encash on the holidays.

This time around, it's the turn of Subhash Ghai's 'Shaadi Se Pehle', Saawan Kumar's 'Saawan - The Love Season' and Pankaj Parashar's 'Banaras - A Mystic Love Story' to clash on 6th April, i.e. Thursday, in order to outwit each other on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navmi.

There is also a possibility of Sohail Khan's long-in-the-making-but-looking-fresh 'Aryan - Unbreakable' to release alongside, though it may have a conventional Friday release.

One has witnessed before that a Thursday release generally means a lot of confusions for the exhibitioners and audiences as prints do not reach as planned. The only hope is that this time around, the issue doesn't prevail.
