Two years since the release of 'Khakee', history repeats itself for producer Keshu who has now decided to postpone his 'Family to a later date.

Bollywood followers would remember that it was a similar scenario in 2003 when the combination of Keshu-Raj Kumar Santoshi-Amitabh Bachchan-Akshay Kumar had to postpone their Khakee a couple of times to first make way for 'Kal Ho Na Ho' and then 'LOC'. The movie finally released after a delay of a few months in January 2004.

Now the same combination is ready with their 'Family' but the movie would come only later due to opposition from 'Dosti' and 'Vaah ! Life Ho To Aisi' on Decmeber 23rd. The final date of the movie's release is not closed yet but it should be a tough call ahead due to 'Shikhar', 'Zinda' and 'Rang De Basanti' coming in quick succession.
