Sanjay Dutt will be seen performing a traditional Bengali dance act in Pradeep Sarkar's "Parineeta", a big screen adaptation of Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay's timeless story on the difference between a man and woman in their perception of love.

In the film, Sanjay will be seen performing "Dhanuchi Nritya" - replete with traditional attire, intricate steps and swinging of earthen pots covered with burning coconut shells.

The actor reportedly took the whole unit by surprise by his agile performance during shooting in Kolkata.

"Parineeta", which is a classic tale of love, hate and deceit revolves around four characters: Girish (Sanjay Dutt), Shekhar (Saif Ali Khan), Koel (Raima Sen) and Lolita (Vidya Balan) whose lives are intertwined by complex relations.
