Big B's New Year celebration goes on silent mode

Veteran star Amitabh Bachchan said to have had some "Me Time" on New Year's eve. Turning out to be a quiet celebration, the megastar on his blog shared that he welcomed the New Year with an empty house. Big B wrote, "It has been a most quiet bringing in...an empty home without the kids and the cheer of the family voices, shrill and excited as the hours become one." However he took this opportunity as a blessing and enjoyed some quiet moment. "At times I feel it to be a blessing - these normal and quiet evenings," the megastar added.
Sr.Bachchan, who will be next seen in 'Shamitabh' followed by 'Wazir', on a philosophical also shared his views on the fresh beginnings that a new year offers. "Days change, months change, year changes as well one of the years is left behind and the anticipation of the next takes over...wishes flow out for the burial of one and the birth of another new...its like life regenerating itself... life as in the life of humans," Big B wrote.
He also wrote how we have advanced from exchanging New Year wishes through letters to telephone, to mobiles and now FaceTime and Skype - thus, bringing change in the way we all connect with each other over the passing time and technology.
