Aamir Khan`s poster PK` has got clean chit from Supreme Court, considering it as the work of "Entertainment and Fiction", thus squashing any plans to bring a stay on the release of the film. Quoted Chief Justice RM Lodha who headed the case, "Let art remain art. We do not understand how public order is disturbed by it (poster)."

Earlier All India Human Rights and Social Justice Front had requested a ban on the film citing that it is promoting nudity and vulgarity through the poster - featuring a nude Aamir holding a transistor to hide his private parts.

However, Lodha claimed that the poster has already been cleared by Censor Board, who are experts in deciding what to be shown and what not. Besides, he added to say that times have changed, youngsters have become smarter and these days everything is available on internet. Hence PK` poster is not harmful, he concluded.
