With the new developments in Salman Khans 2002 hit - and run - case the b-town superstar is facing a ten year jail term if charged with culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
In a recent development a bartender has identified Salman Khan and admitted to having served drinks to the actor at a bar hours before the accident.
Previously Salman has been identified by three people who claim to have seen him coming out of the car, in a drunk state after the mishap.
Salman Khan has been accused of running over his Toyota Land Cruiser on a group of persons sleeping on a footpath outside a bakery in suburban Bandra, killing one and injuring four others, on September 28, 2002.
The film industry is keeping a keen eye and following the case as around 500 crore is riding on the actors shoulders.
Salman is currently doing Sooraj Barjatyas Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and Anees Bazmees No Entry Mein Entry and his most awaited Kick is coming on Eid.
According to close hands Salman is not taking any new projects and waiting for courts order on his case.
