Noted director of ‘Jolly LLB’ fame, Subhash Kapoor, has been accused of sexual molestation by actress Geetika Tyagi.

Yesterday Geetika tweeted a video apparently taken via hidden camera. It has Kapoor, his wife Dimple Kharbanda, Geetika and friend Atul Sabharwal. It shows Geetika accusing Kapoor of forcing on herself one and half years ago and Kharbanda later for a long time pleads to keep the issue secret for the sake of their son. Next as Kapoor seems to accept the accusation, Geetika, who was heard crying, comes into frame to slap Kapoor.

This video has sent shock waves across the social media since the time it was released by Tyagi.

According to Geetika, Subhash had once dragged her by her hand to a bedroom, but also added that when she told him to stop, he did.

However, meanwhile, one Danish Raza, who had been direct witness of the meeting, called this entire episode as fake. To prove his point he had put some facts on his social networking page; among which he said that he doesn’t believe there was any sexual assault. Recalling the night when Geetika was alleged to have molested, he said that she never complained about Subhash misbehaving with her. "At 5 am, which must have been in the middle of the incident when she messaged me asking if I have reached home, and I called her back in response immediately, she very coolly told me " Subhash has woken up and he is leaving". there was no mention of the incident, forget force or molestation," quoted Raza.

He pointed that they three (Raza, Geetika and Subhash) had often met over coffee on initiation of Geetika. "Subhash never asked me to get Geetika along. So there is no way Subhash could have been planning anything that she alleges. And why am I doing this? Well for the same reason that I told her "Had you even hinted of molestation, at 5 a.m. in the morning I would have been the 1st person to go with you to the police station," stated Danish.

While Geetika has not responded over this, Subhash is too shocked about all these and refrained from making any comment.
