While Priyanka Chopra set temperatures soaring in "Ram Chahe Leela" that went on to receive an unprecedented reception, the actress and international artist now turns on the heat in Gunday's "Asalaam-e-Ishqum", where the head turner sports several outfits ala Moulin Rouge.
Inspired by the chic burlesque acts of the famous Moulin Rouge cabaret of Paris, Priyanka Chopra styled by Shubarna, looks smoking hot as she sets the dance floor ablaze sporting everything from a bikini crop, risqué corsets, fishnet stockings to Chicago-inspired outfits. If that wasn't all, the actress trained and rehearsed with French cabaret dancers, who were especially flown down to be part of the song.
And while Priyanka makes it look easy, the actress in fact had a tough time shooting for the song as her father passed away 10 days before the shoot, leaving Priyanka no choice but to work around the clock and rehearse for the song during the night. The costumes too had to be created overnight.
All praise for the actress director Ali Abbas Zafar said, "I really admire Priyanka for the courage and determination that she displayed during the shooting of the song. She put in all her pain and converted it into an intense energy, which has reflected in Asalaam e Ishqum".
While Priyanka said, "It was a really tough song for me to do and I'm glad its being appreciated."
The song also features 'Gunday' heroes Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor
