Reacting over Sherlyn Chopra's statement in Delhi of getting Rupesh Paul gang raped on the public forum, Twitter, the director of Kamasutra 3D lashed out at the actress.
Rupesh Paul said, "It is quite unfortunate that in this unrest of rapes going around everywhere and especially Delhi, Sherlyn still is unaware of the meaning of rape and the pain that the victim goes through in this. For her, it is yet another sexual term which can be used at anytime and anywhere. Rape is a heinous crime and a political term which involves power and violence. 'Sherlyn Chopra, don't joke about rape at least in Delhi.''
"I still wonder is it the same Sherlyn Chopra who came and begged to me to have her in the movie when we were to replace for her act of disclosing the first promo shoot video of Kamasutra 3D online. Is it the same Sherlyn Chopra who cried to be taken her back in the film else she told me that her career would be under suicide. Is it the same Sherlyn Chopra who urged me to forgive her like a father forgives his daughter. Is it the same Sherlyn Chopra who had nothing but Kamasutra 3D, when the much celebrated Playboy cover turned out to be a big big lie.
She had always been thankful to me for getting her out of Mona Chopra, the name she used earlier when she was doing the C-grade films. Today, while using the term 'gang rape' against me, she should have remembered that previously she was only known for a gang rape scene in the movie, Red Swastik."
