B-Town’s hottie Sameera Reddy took the traditional ‘Saath Phere’ with her beau Akshai Varde in grand Maharashtrian style, but in a very private manner. Amidst close family members and friends, the couple tied the knot in the well-decorated premises of the actress’s home in Bandra.

The handsome Dulha made a very filmy entry by riding on a bike, while his relatives brought in the band baja baraat with dance and masti.

Sameera and Akshai after the marriage ceremony came out to pose for the shutterbugs. The two looked perfect and beautiful together, dressed in traditional Maharastrian attires (designed by Neeta Lulla).

Among the guests were Kingfisher Baron Vijay Mallaya, who is alleged to be distant uncle of Sameera and Neeta Lulla’s daughter Nishika.

Incidentally, the wedding was supposed to have been held in April. But since all the close relatives of the couple, including Sameera’s sister Sushma Reddy (who lives abroad) were in town, the wedding took place this month. Besides, Akshai said to be getting very busy with his work commitments later this year, for which he has to travel a lot.
