"Anything for you my dost!" - apparently this is what Shah Rukh Khan will be saying to his khaas buddy, filmmaker Farah Khan. While it’s a known fact the superstar doesn’t rehearse for his scenes or dance before the actual shooting, he recently surprised his favourite director by turning up obediently for a song shoot of her upcoming film ‘Happy New Year’ (HNY).

Quite happy to see him perfecting his steps, the filmmaker tweeted, "In all my 22 yrs of choreographing @iamsrk ,1st time seeing him rehearse b4 a song shoot 4 #HNY ..aansoo nikal aaye."

Few days ago the team was busy shooting a colourful song at studio in Mumbai while simultaneously the editing process was going on as well. The cast - including SRK, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani and Sonu Sood - were spotted in bright and vibrant coloured costumes Farah, who enjoyed watching the entire team and place buzzing with activities, wrote on her micro-blogging site thus: "I lov the buzz pre shoot..costume trials on 6th flr,dance rehearsals on 1st,edit on 5th!the office is a bee hive!"
