The lover-boy of B-Town Ranbir Kapoor will soon be seen a hot new rough-tough avatar... The handsome actor, who has a romantic image in the industry with the kind of films he has done, gets an all-new-image now with 'Bombay Velvet'. The actor is gearing up to get tougher for his role in Anurag Kashyap’s film.

Ranbir will be seen playing an intense character and it required him to get a strong and rough physical appearance. For this, the actor has worked a lot on transforming his body and look perfect for his reel character.

Ashwinder Singh, who trained Ranbir Kapoor said, "We are working out twice a day doing a mix of strength and conditioning. We are also doing a lot of martial art training and kick boxing. We changed up his diet to put on lean mass and pushed him beyond his limits."

The first shooting schedule of the film, which was happening in Sri Lanka is completed. Now the team gears up for the next shoot schedule which will be starting in January.

In this gap, Ranbir, who will be seen playing a very interesting character, has gone all out to work and shock the audience with his all new look.

Also, the film is being made with a fresh combination, Ranbir with Anushka Sharma. Moreover this is the first time Ranbir has worked with the director Anurag Kashyap.
