Shilpa Shetty's husband turns writer; launches book

B-town diva Shilpa Shettys husband and businessman Raj Kundra has turned writer. He recently (on 18th Oct) launched his gripping thriller titled "How Not to Make Money" at Crosswords, amidst a packed house.
The book published by Random House India, is based on research of the Missing Trader Fraud, who cheated billions of Euros in the early 2000s, depriving the UK Government and Europe. The story revolves around true events, about three childhood friends - Jai, Mike and Aziz - who decide to get rich or die trying.
Talking about his literary debut Raj Kundra said, -"How Not To Make Money was inspired by an actual event, the Missing Trader Fraud. I started researching it and then just started writing. It has taken five years and many well-wishers to turn into this book. I'm really looking forward to seeing what readers think of it!"
Added Shilpa, "It is a very special time for Raj as he launches his book today. Very proud of this new facet to his personality. His experiences in business and the boardroom and the fact that he set up his first company at the age of 18 have all gone into the book which has several lessons of his lifetime included in it."
Besides by Shilpa, marketing and television guru Suhel Seth was also present on the occasion.
All praise for the book's author Suhel Seth stated, "Raj Kundra combines a shrewd business sense along with a fine insight into the world of crime to make this a quick page-turner. Racy and highly entertaining, this is a fascinating blend of Ian Fleming and John Le Carre."
