Of all the Diwali contenders this year in Kollywood, 'Arrambam' is to face the test at Censor Board first. The team has wrapped up all the post production work, and has now sent it for certification. The Censor Board will be scrutinizing the film today. Being the first to face the test, among the three that are to hit the theatres this Diwali, if 'Arrambam' clears a U certificate, then it increases the chances of more number of screens for itself, by manifolds. Director Vishnuvardhan and team have decided to launch Thala's film a couple of days before the festival of lights, i.e. on October 31st.

Meanwhile, there is news on director Suseenthiran's Vishal-Lakshmi Menon starrer 'Pandianadu' too. We hear that the crew is rushing up with the post production work to send it for Censorship at the earliest. However, there is yet to be any information on this regard, on Karthi starrer 'All In All Azhagu Raja' by director Rajesh. This Diwali, get ready to be spoilt for choices.
