Audiences are in for a treat as Sonakshi Sinha turns daredevil in Prabhu Dheva’s ‘R...Rajkumar’, starring Shahid Kapoor. Earlier we had said that the director after being impressed with her moves in in "Go Govinda" song from 'OMG Oh My God', felt that the actress would be a perfect action heroine.

Now we hear that, the actress will have an out-an-out dhamakedar introduction in the action entertainer, which will see her attempt some hardcore stunts including beating up goons and smashing glass bottles.

Confirming the news said producer Viki Rajani, "Yes,Sonakshi Sinha will be doing some action in the film...While audiences have seen Sonakshi in the comedy and drama genre, this will be a novelty."

Said Sonakshi, "When Prabhu Sir told me that I would be introduced in this film doing action, I was super thrilled! I told him, we have done ‘Rowdy Rathore’ together but you are finally giving me the chance to be rowdy in this film! I had a blast beating up the baddies."

The high-octane entertainer, is a romantic-action-love story set in a dusty and rugged backdrop of the Hindi Heartland. With cool visuals, fresh and crazy Prabhu-ishtyle action, ‘R...Rajkumar’ treats audiences to a whole different perspective of life and what can be!

Eros International and NextGen Films’ ‘R...Rajkumar’ is scheduled to release 6th December 2013.
