As Indra Kumar’s latest adult comedy ‘Grand Masti’ successfully crosses the 100 crore mark, however, here’s one filmmaker who wants to keep a safe distance from such kind of movie.

Talking at a recent event, Zoya Akhtar stated that she won’t even step into a theatre to watch it let alone spend money on the film. Zoya after watching the promo knew that the film is not for her. "It is appalling, it will make me very irritable," the ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ famed director said during the course of media interaction.

Her opinions stems from the fact that several good films doesn’t similar response. Zoya admitted that she dismayed to see good films loss business while bad films earn profits. "I feel sad when good films don't make money.

When bad films make money, I am like 'something had to come out of it, he has no talent so he might as well make some cash'," said Zoya, who strongly feels that a good filmmaker should make money.

When asked which movie could have made more money, Zoya replied ‘Udaan’ and even added, her own movie ‘Luck By Chance’ could have done a lot better.

Starring Vivek Oberoi, Aftab Shivdasani and Riteish Deshmukh, ‘Grand Masti’ had become a target of controversy due to its excessive sexual and explicit content
