Seldom in Telugu we get movies that touch hearts and even rarer are the cases where Telugu audiences are moved enough to come watch them on screen. The jinx for good movies with parallel in Telugu will never be understood but sensible producers with good heart always try and break the pattern. One such filmmaker is Ayodhya Kumar Krishnamsetty, who made his filmmaking course in Portland Northwest Film Center, USA and has made a film with 40 naturally blind kids and look at the plot... Blind kids making a film. Intriguing isn't it.
Ayodhya has already created a buzz with the hoardings across the state saying Do you need eyes to visualize much like the blind photographer Aliya Kamal challenges in the internationally acclaimed film Ship Of Theseus. The movie has already been watched by the likes of Chiranjeevi, Sekhar Kammula, S. Gopal Reddy, K. Basi Reddy etc who praised the directors efforts.
The audio is being launched at Raavi Narayana Reddy auditorium in Hyderabad on the 10th September and release the movie soon. The movie has seasoned actors like Ashish Vidyarthi, Suhasini Mani Ratnam, Raghuveer Yadav, Deepak etc. Music by Dr. Josyabhatla is an asset to the films sensitivity.
The story is of a 14 year old boy forcibly joined in a school for blind where he motivates fellow students and makes a film on the atrocities of the warden and sends it to the collector. The movie ends with the team receiving the trophy from the DM.
