Sushant Singh Rajput has become the blue eyed boy of Bollywood. Having recently made his debut, the young actor’s upcoming film ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’ (SDR) is getting a lot of traction and is being keenly awaited by the youth.

According to IndiaGlitz sources, when the trailer of SDR launched a lot of his friends and relatives from his hometown called and expressed their delight. He got a lot of positive feedback and they also coaxed him to visit Patna.

Sushant himself has been very keen to visit his Patna. It is a feat which he wants to share with his near and dear ones back home. So he has requested the production house (YRF) if it is possible to visit Patna for promotions of the film. He is keen to visit the city with his co-stars Parineeti Chopra and Vaani Kapoor.

Little does anyone know that Sushant was also keen to visit Patna during his debut film ‘Kai Po Che’. However, he happen to propose the idea pretty late and hence the logistic bit could not be worked out. Wasting no time, this time around, he has spoken to the production much in advance to figure the possibility.

Spokesperson of the film confirms, "Sushant is very keen to promote the film in his hometown Patna. Having come from the city he is emotionally tied to the city and would love to visit his town with his co-stars - Parineeti and Vaani. We are yet to freeze on the promotion plans but we will take a call on it soon."

SDR is about casual relationships in small towns of India. It depicts the youth in small towns - their changing thought process and evolving demeanor.
