Last month there was a special screening of the film ‘Ship of Theseus’ for the star cast of ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’. Ayan Mukhejee had approached Kiran Rao and shown inclination to watch the film.

Post which, Kiran arranged a special screening. Post watching the film, both Ayan Mukherjee and Karan Johar were very impressed and interacted with the director, Anand Gandhi at length. They were raving about the direction, the acting, the cinematography and discussed various aspects of the film. Shortly after the YJHD screening, the ‘Dhoom 3’ team approached Aamir and inquired about the film.

Aamir graciously promised that he will arrange for a screening for the team shortly. Produced by Aamir’s wife Kiran Rao, ‘Ship of Theseus’ has globe trotted to various film festivals and received umpteenth awards.

Currently the film is also garnering much praised from the film fraternity, cultural societies and educational institutes. ‘Ship of Theseus’ will be releasing in theatres on 19th July 2013. It will be releasing in five major cities in India.

The film will be releasing in five major cities i.e. - Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore and Kolkata.
