All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.. And our Khiladi didnt want to be that! So what did he do? Simply took off to New York... But no, he didnt completely cut himself off from work. For, he got over his director of his forthcoming film as well! Talk about mixing work with pleasure
We are referring about Akshay Kumar who invited his Once Upon a Time in Mumbai Dobaara (OUATIMD) director Milan Luthria for a short holiday in New York.
There, they started working on a few things including the dub of the new theatrical trailer of OUATIMD, as well as attend a press conference of the film to reach out to the US and Canadian audience. Apparently, the director who has had a hectic time shooting for the film was keen on taking a short vacation and he was grateful when Akshay suggested New York plan.
Said Milan, "Its a small but welcome break..Akshay is a great guy to hang out with and we had earlier decided that we would have a couple of fun outings especially since we've worked so hard on the film." He adds,"We need to dub for the new theatrical trailer of OUATIMD, which has Akshays voice-over. We also want to reach out to the US and Canadian media, as Akshay is hugely loved in these markets."
Balaji Motion Pictures OUATIMD, starring Akshay Kumar, Imran Khan and Sonakshi Sinha, is scheduled to release on August 15, 2013.
