Just like cricketers turn commentators, villains naturally want to become heroes.

Gopichand is no exception. The rugged and rustic actor in films like Varsham is making his debut as a hero in the film Yagnam. Of course, it is too facile to call Gopichand as a mere villain actor. He is a versatile performer and he has shown his talent in the four films that he has acted so far.

So there is lot of expectation on Yagnam. The songs of the film are doing good business and Gopi himself is said to be extremely confident of pulling it off in Yagnam.

Directed by A S Ravi Kumar (an up and coming director) and produced by Pokuri brothers (Rama Rao and Babu Rao), Yagnam has lot of fury and blood to suit the image of Gopichand.

Can Gopi make it as a hero?

Well, the moment of reckoning is at hand.
