While he has garnered lot of acknowledgements in the industry as a lyricist, with film ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’ that Prasoon Joshi turned script writer.

Yes, it is for the very first time Prasoon has penned down script and the screenplay for the biopic. IndiaGlitz sources revealed that Prasoon has been quite excited with the film not only because he has written for the first time but he is glad that he could write a story on a legend as Milkha.

On the other hand, the man himself, the renowned Milkha Singh is said to be quite glad with Prasoon’s work. For, he and his family have always loved Prasoon’s songs and in fact, they were happy that the man of his calibre will be doing the script and the screenplay for this film.

Directed by Rakyesh Omprakash, ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’ stars Farhan Akhtar and Sonam Kapoor and releases on 12th July.
