After a brief interval, actor-director Parthiban is back to wield the megaphone. He is playing the lead role besides directing his next venture Kudaikul Mazhai. Interestingly, he is also producing the movie.

Parthiban's last venture, which he directed and produced besides playing the lead role, was Ivan opposite Soundarya. He is introducing a new face Madhumitha in the movie. Grapevine has it that Parthiban is not only donning the lead role but is also playing a few more characters.

Karthik Raja has scored the music for the movie which has five songs. Illayaraja has lent his voice for a number, the lyrics for which have been penned by Parthiban himself.

Cinematography is by B L Sanjay, while stunts are by Super Subbarayan. The entire movie is being shot in and around Chennai.
