As ‘Bombay Talkies’ is all set to hit the theatres on 3rd May, the film is yet again making news for its unique way of celebrating the love for cinema with its audience. ‘Bombay Talkies’ is a celebration of 100 glorious years of Indian Cinema and also marks the beginning of a new era of cinema.

As a tribute to the fans of Indian Cinema, all the movie aficionados will be rewarded with a special certificate of appreciation signed by the four directors of ‘Bombay Talkies’ at selected theatres. The certificate is a token of gratitude by the four directors: Karan Johar, Dibakar Banerjee, Anurag Kashyap and Zoya Akhtar, towards the people who will be watching the film on the weekend of its release.

The theatres were the certificates will be presented are - PVR Juhu, PVR Phoenix , Cinemax Versova, Cinemax Malad, Metro Big Cinemas, and Imax Wadala in Mumbai and PVR Select City, PVR Ambience Gurgaon, PVR Saket, PVR Priya in Delhi.

‘Bombay Talkies’ is an anthology film which consists of four short stories directed by: Karan Johar, Dibakar Banerjee, Anurag Kashyap and Zoya Akhtar. It has also been nominated for a special screening at the Cannes Film Festival 2013.
