Shakespeare's quote 'What's in a name...' is almost cliche these days. Nevertheless, in Tollywood they take names pretty seriously. Many in fact believe that a catchy title is half the battle won. On the other hand, a bad title can mar even a good movie.

So it is little surprise that Venkatesh's has almost completed his forthcoming flick but got it named only now. It is not superstition but mere common sense.

Anyway, the much-awaited film is titled Gharshana. The movie, a remake of the Tamil hit Kakka, Kakka, is directed by the original director Gautam himself. Venky, who has gone out of the way to train for this film, plays an encounter-specialist police while the dainty Asin plays the female lead. She is a teacher in love with him.

The film has a Ram Gopal Verma kind of gritty feel to it.
