The recent released ‘Go Goa Gone’ grabbed lot of attention not only for being the first zombie comedy in B-town but also for wrong reasons...

Of late the poster got black mark owing to lead hero Saif Ali Khan posing with a cigar in his mouth and a gun in hand - this leading to objection from National Organisation for Tobacco Eradication (NOTE-India).

The organisation’s general secretary Shekhar Salkar registered a complaint yesterday to deputy inspector general (DIG) of Goa Police and North Goa Collector.

Besides this, another poster of ‘Go Goa Gone’ where the lead actors are seen across a burnt hole made through a semi-nude woman’s torso has got negative response. Salkar also sent out separate letter to Saif citing that an icon of his stature should be careful while portraying certain character lest it should be imitated by youth.

"These advertisements must have been already seen by lakhs of Goans as well as others in India and abroad. The display of a popular icon smoking a cigar is the violation of Section 5(1) of the COPTA," quoted Salkar.

In ‘Go Goa Gone’ Saif plays a mafia Russian guy, Boris, who is a zombie hunter. Directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D K, the film also has Kunal Khemu, Vir Das, Anand Tiwari and Puja Gupta in lead.
