Will any newcomer break Arbaaz's record in 2013?

'Dabangg 2' is now nearing it's box office run and should close around the 160 crores mark, hence making it the second biggest grosser ever for Salman Khan after 'Ek Tha Tiger' (199 crores).
While Salman is indeed on a record breaking spree, even for Arbaaz Khan there are two major records that have been created.
While he is now the torch bearer of scoring the biggest box office money spinner ever for a debutant director, he is also amongst the only three filmmakers who have scored over 150 crores at the box office.
What's better, the records would also be for the keeps for quite some time to come!
"At least one of the records; that of being a debutant director with the biggest grosser to his name, would stay unaffected for some time to come at least", says a source, "This year, highest grossers expected are 'Dhoom 3' [Vijay Krishna Acharya], 'Krrish 3' [Rakesh Roshan], 'Mental' [Sohail Khan], 'Chennai Express' [Rohit Shetty], 'Himmatwala' [Sajid Khan], 'Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai' [Milan Luthria] & 'Besharam' [Abhinav Kashyap] to name a few.
However, each of them is an experienced director at the helm of affairs. There is no debutant director in sight though who could score so big this year."
While this indeed seems most plausible on paper at the least, Bollywood has never ceased to surprise, isn't it?
