Tinsel town for weeks had seen the cold war as well as legal issues that took place between Yash Raj Films and Ajay Devgn’s production house, until their respective films - ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ (JTHJ) and ‘Son Of Sardar’ (SOS) - got released.

Diwali 2012 turned out to be serious competition for these two banners, with both fighting for limelight at the box office on the same day. Devgn had filed a legal notice, quoting that YRF were trying to influence the market by bagging maximum theatre screens for JTHJ, which in turn affected SOS that was getting very few cinema houses for screening.

Amidst all these filmy tension, the one who was deeply affected was Kajol - who, being Ajay’s wife, was also very close to YRF family. With the on going screen competition between the two banners, the actress found herself in an emotional dilemma as to who to support - her husband or YRF which has given her career boost.

Recently at an event, when asked whether she was affected with this unfortunate situation and how she felt during that time, Kajol replied that indeed it troubled her and hoped that it doesn’t happen again. "Yes, it affected my relationship. But that was a situation which had come out of ordinary. It was not a normal situation... It doesn't occur normally. It doesn't happen everyday... Hopefully, it will not happen in future again," quoted Kajol.

Amen! Even we don’t want to see such an ugly turn of events....
