'Haunted', 'Lanka' and '1920 - Evil Returns'. Three releases, two hits; this is how Tia Bajpai's filmography stands ever since she burst into the Bollywood scene.

While it is apparent that her choice of roles has been unconventional so far, doesn't her heart pine for getting hold of some light hearted roles where she can get into some quintessential 'naachgaana' mode and playing a regular heroine?

"Well, it does", she says in a matter of fact tone, "When I see all these films where a heroine is dancing and romancing and generally feeling happy, it only sets me thinking that how would it be to be working in such films."

"After all, I have been doing horror and drama movies all this while and have learnt so much in these films that now I would definitely want to try every genre instead of sticking to one particular thing", she sighs, "Let's see when does that happen. Till then I am keeping my fingers crossed."

We too would wait to see you in a new avtar Tia. Her next release is 'Identity Card' which is a dark comedy.
