The highly popular and most controversial show of television, ‘Bigg Boss’ will soon go on the big screen.

Talks are that the film version of the famous reality show will be made into a movie with a scary twist. Yes, the ‘Bigg Boss’ film is said to be made into a horror comedy movie, that will be produced by the show’s production banner Endemol India along with Select Media Holdings Pvt. Ltd's film production arm, Moving Pictures.

"As a concept and a format, 'Bigg Boss' inherently has a fabulous cinematic potential and we are looking forward to working with Endemol India in bringing this very exciting property to the big screen," quoted Nitin Tej Ahuja, Director of Select Media Holdings Pvt Ltd, in a statement.

The story will be based on the experiences of the people in the Bigg Boss house.

The TV reality show ‘Bigg Boss’, went on air in 2006 on Sony TV and now currently going on in Colors, made a huge impact on the television viewers. The show involves select celebrities from different walks of life being put under one roof in a house, who are kept completely cut off from their routine life.

The one who successfully survives the tasks, challenges and eliminations governed by Big Boss is hailed as winner.

B-town celebrities namely Arshad Warsi, Shilpa Shetty, Amitabh Bachchan and Sanjay Dutt have been the show’s previous Seasons’ host, with latest being Salman Khan who is being on the show for the second time.
