Director Seenu Ramasamy, who is gearing up for the release of his next venture 'Neer Paravai', has given a brief outline of its story, which revolves around fishermen in coastal areas of Tamil Nadu.

"Many are found dead in a boat in mid-sea. But a small boy from southern Sri Lanka is alive. A fisherman from Tamil Nadu finds him and brings him to India. He grows here. This character is played by Vishnu," says the director.

The National Award winning filmmaker adds: "I have registered the pain of Lankan Tamils for 14 minutes without any compromise. Otherwise, the film is a real take on a fishing hamlet in Tamil Nadu."

Seenu Ramasamy refutes that the film speaks about problems alone. "There is a beautiful and interesting love story between Vishnu and Sunaina," he says.
