After a break, director Chimbu Devan is ready to bounce back with a sequel to his debut movie 'Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi'. Just like the first part, the second one too will have Vadivelu in the lead.

"We had to delete many hilarious scenes in Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi considering the length factor. Also, the film has got enough scope for a sequel. So we are planning to start it now," he says.

Chimbu Devan adds: "The sequel will be presented in an entirely new colour. Discussions are on with Vadivelu and others. An official announcement will be made soon."

Initially a cartoonist with a popular Tamil magazine, Chimbu Devan later assisted director Shankar. So far, he has made 'Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi', 'Arai En 305il Kadavul' and 'Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam'.
