Superstar Rajinikanth, who recently attended Amitabh Bachchan's 70th Birthday party has reportedly run into Manoj Bajpai in his return flight home back to Chennai. The actors have even had a conversation during the journey.

The Superstar has apparently liked the character played by Manoj Bajpai in Gangs of Wasseypur and appreciated the actor for his performance. The actor played the role of Sardar Khan in the movie, a ruthless and comical gangster who forms the essence of the film. The actor was quick to talk about the meeting on Twitter. "Met Mr. Rajinikanth in the flight to Chennai and guess what he's seen Wasseypur and loved it. What a man and a true star and so humble!"

Manoj Bajpai is currently working on the film Samar with Vishal and plays the role of the villain who showcases different shades of grey.
